Here is what I managed to come up with... (These are the two photo's I submitted for the contest.)

To create this look I used a couple different things. I first started with a applying a base. I then used my Nyx's jumbo pencil in Milk to highlight under my brow, line my lower water line and highlight the inside corners of my eye. I blended in the Milk using my finger. Once this was done I began to applied Tako by Sugar Pill on the inner half of my lid. Then I applied Afterparty into the crease and outer corner. I also used the Tako as a highlight under my brow bone which was already highlighted. I then applied Avon's Glimmer Stick in Plum under my lower lash line. I then applied Love+ on top of the Plum Glimmer Stick right under my lower lash line. I then applied MAC Reflects in Teal on top of the white and blue on my lid. I then lined my upper lash line using E.l.f's liner in black. I then finished up the majority of my eye by applying purple mascara, and my tinsel sparkle mascara by Hard Candy.
Next I moved onto my face. I used Gosh's velvet primer, and then applied concealer to any imperfections or pimples. :( Then I applied my foundation by E.l.f. I then used Mac's Cooling Powder all over my face. Next it was time for my highlighter, nose, checks, above lip, & chin. My highlighter is also by E.l.f. Next I used Mac's A Bite of Apple on my cheeks and was done with my face.
Last I had to add my heart that sit right below my right eye. I just took my black eyeliner and drew a small heart. I then applied Hard Candy's Loose Sparkles. The sparkles give it a nice rainbow tinkle. :) I then applied my clear and blue gems to the inner corners of my eyes as well as outer. (I just used cellphone gems, although you could use regular ones and just attach them with lash glue, or another makeup adhesives.)
My lips were super simple. I lined my lips in a Berry Pink and used Smash Boxes O-Gloss on top to give it that natural but tint of pink shine. Fin!
If I could change anything, I would want my eyebrows to look nicer, but that is always by biggest complaint. There is a list of sites below where you can find all the products I used.
