“Chinadoll is fragile and bold, soft-spoken and out-spoken, a free spirit of undeniable presence. I created a romantic duality by casting watercolor gradients against sharper lines — Lotus Noir was applied under lower lashes, blended into Jade-o-Lade, then faded seamlessly into Parasol. Finally, I added soft-red accents to her cheeks, brows and around the temples for an innocent glow evocative of vintage Chinese advertising posters.”
As many have heard, Doe Deere's Lime Crime is now coming out with their first pressed eyeshadow palette. For those who don't know this will be Lime Crimes first time release any pressed shadows. I am very excited to see how they will compare to other loved names & colors.
The China Doll palette will be featuring 5 new shades. Fly Dragon Fly (Red), Parasol (Baby Blue), Goldfish (Golden Yellow), Jade-O-Lade (Jade Green), Lotus Noir (Matte Black), all promising to be richly pigmented with color.
They are said to be launched on February 15th/12. The palette will be priced at $34.99 US & can be purchased on the Lime Crime website.
Can't wait to review.
Peace & Luv
