China Glaze Metal Crackle Review

Today is finally the day I am posting my Metal Crackle review. Feels like its been forever simply because Ive known forever these colors were coming.

This summer (2011) China Glaze has introduced a new line of Metal Crackles. They deliver a beautiful pastel pale, metallic color, that for the most part dries matte.

I was super excited about the Metal Crackle for simple fact I love the colors, and like the sparkly/shiny metallic look, plus the additional hype of a new crackle.

Foolish Hair Up-do!

Its prom season and this year side pony tails, and messy braid was what girls were looking for. That simple, down home look. My sister was itching to do a fancy up-do so last week I got together with Amanda. I went over to her house and played around with some long ass hair extensions she had got me. (I am a very lucky girl, and love my bomb hair dressin sister!! <3)

That night I was lucky enough to get my dye job touched up, feathers put in my hair, and have this awesome up-do.

So the idea/theme for this up-do or look would be a really rad, neon, raver wedding. :D This blog is more so a show & tell, then a how-to.  I am a hair klutz. (Only thing I could show you how to do is a bow. lol)

Hair Feathers

Last week I was hanging out with my sister Amanda (Adnama… lol) and she had forgotten some hair extensions at her work, which meant we had to drive back up to Georgetown to pick them up. To some this may sound like a inconvenience but it worked out for the better, for me. J lol.

Since we were headed to Fringe, I thought this would be a perfect time to get my hair feathers. I have been dying to get these feathers put in my hair because I think they are so cute, and love the variety of colors they come in.

Hair Show Haul!!

Sorry this post is so late. Better late then never I guess. (:/) Oh well, it's only been a week. Either way, last Monday the ABA held the annual Hair Show in Toronto. :) My sister and I attended as we have done for a few years now.

One of the greatest things about attending the hair show is some of the great deals you can find. They have a lot of cool stuff, that disappear at a rapid rate. I really didn't get too much makeup this year simply because of the line and how disorganized it was. (Word of advice/little vent: If you are in a huge line, please don't let 5 of your friends stand in line with you. It sound petty, but if you were there you would understand. :/)

Besides that I had a awesome time, and enjoy the items I purchased and have used so far.

Toronto ABA Hair Show 2011

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! So the day finally came for the Hair Show. Every year my sister, Amanda and I head down to the convention center to check out what the hair and all around beauty show has to offer.

I am hoping to post a blog later on today/tomorrow about my Hair Show Haul. :)

Funky Rainbow Hair... Zing!

Ladies and Gentlemen, today I got my hair done! (Thank god!!) My wick amazing sister Amanda was kind enough to take me for the day and do my hair. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work and time she has spent over the years on my hair. Thank you for letting me be your doll! J

I don’t know how it happened but magic did. My hair is so bomb… if I do say so myself. I’m not trying to sound cocky; I was just really looking forward to it and LOVE the results!
