Halloween Make Ups 2013

This year I did a hand full of Halloween make ups. Sadly I did not get the opportunity to take pictures of all of them so I only have a couple to show. Some pictures are not of the best quality. :(

Can you guess who we were dressed as?

Today's Look...Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone!

I hope everyone had a awesome Halloween this year, with tons of candy!

I was sadly disappointed when I found a lack of people and effort put into Halloween. I think it's crazy sad that a yearly tradition is being ruined because of many different reasons, some of which I really prefer not to dive into. It's just disappointing having only a handful of kids come to your door, when you remember going out and people would run out of candy before the night was through. Line ups at doors!! (lol)

Regardless of what everyone else did, I dressed up. Which included my makeup, of course. This year I dressed up as a zombie or dead girl? Bridesmaid? :/

This year I decided to go with a pre-planed look. Not that I don't plan my Halloween look out every year, but this year I had gone with something someone else created. (I tweaked my version for what I was looking for.) It was a face map from MAC that Jangsara had re-created and posted on her blog. (Thank you!) I loved it so much, and Jangsara did such a amazing job at showing how it was created that I had to try it.

Here is a link to her blog to check out her (much better) amazing version... here.

Fantasy Makers 2011 Halloween Nail Color

Fantasy Makers nail polish was created by the makers of Wet'n Wild. They released there new Halloween polish colors about a month ago. (Sometime in September.)

These polishes have to be some of the cutest I have every seen for Halloween. Every bottle has the R.I.P Grave Stone as the lid, perfect for the occasion.

I managed to some of Fantasy Makers nail polish at my local Shoppers Drugmart, however I'm sure you can find them at any drug or beauty supply store. They go for anywhere between $3-$5.

The Fantasy Makers not only focuses on nail polish but also Halloween makeup including cream colors, glitter eyeliners, false eyelashes, glitter spray, and lipstick.

China Glaze Halloween Haunting Collection 2011

As most have already been talking about, and in well anticipation of China Glaze is releasing a 2011 Halloween Collection called Haunting.

I, personally am very excited to get my hands on these polishes. They look like a lot of fun, and seem to create awesome color combos. These polishes look pretty fly.

Included in the Halloween Haunting Collection are as follows...

Haunting: Black with Silver glitter
Crimson: Deep Purple with a hint of Blood Red
Near Dark: Rich mossy Green
It’s Alive: Bright Green glitter
Ghoulish Glow: Glow-in-the-Dark
Black Mesh: Crackle Glaze top coat

Once I manage to actually try out all of these colors I will post a review. Halloween is my favorite time of the year. Glow in the dark nail polish just screams its arrived!!
